Orders placed with Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping receive priority within our applicable order-processing workflow and include shipping protection coverage.

- Proof of purchase or a valid CaseValoire order number is required.
- A return request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
- Customers must receive return authorization before sending a product back.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
